The welding current of the intermediate frequency inverter welding controller is DC, which has the advantages of high control accuracy, stable output current, small inductance influence, light welding transformer weight, and less splashing. The output frequency of this controller is 1KHz, and the current adjustment is fast and accurate, which is difficult for ordinary power frequency welding machines to achieve. It has now become one of the necessary equipment to achieve high-quality welding.

14. Built in air switch and leakage detection: The controller comes with an air switch inside, which has leakage detection function. Both the AC side (50Hz) and the inverter side (1KHz) can detect leakage and display the current leakage current in real-time. When the leakage current exceeds the preset value, the air switch will trip.
